Zielony Gaj, the subdivision being built in the Gaj district of the township of Chelmiec, is an initiative of Grupa Harper. The subdivision is a dream-like place as it offers a quiet, green location, removed from the city hustle and bustle, as well as the unique, magical atmosphere of the Beskid Sadecki Mountains. According to the existing land development plan this area is predominately single-family homes so our buildings fit in ideally.
All of our homes are designed to provide each owner with a comfortable, free standing home, or an attached unit, each with its own green space.
Our buildings were designed with the aim of keeping the costs of their future use as low as possible. That is why the materials used are not only environmentally safe, but also energy safe, in compliance with the newest European Union heat emission standards.
The subdivision will be constructed in the following consecutive phases:
Phase I
28 free standing homes and 25 attached units will be built.
Phase II
14 free standing homes and the subdivision guard building (for monitoring of the subdivision), community club house with parking lot, basketball court, tennis court and playscape will be built.
Phase III
18 free standing homes and 18 attached units will be built.
Phase IV
6 free standing homes will be built.
People with special needs may enjoy the comfort of life without barriers. Our houses are designed t give the disabled person a sense of safety and comfort of life.
